We strive to create all of our handmade orders with love so that our customers are fully satisfied upon receiving them.

That being said - nobody is perfect! If you have an issue with your order, we are happy to offer a full refund for orders that submit a refund appeal to rightbrainedmom@hotmail.com WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your parcel.

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURN WITH FULL REFUND INCLUDE:

• Missing items
• Wrong product shipped

To begin the process, please email our customer service team stating; 

• Your order number and name
• Reason for refund 
• Product(s) returning
